Polober Archive Question

So the polober says “seasonal” and also says “Advent Tree (2018)” so does that mean it was released in 2018, or that they were only available then?

The polober was released this past Advent season (2018) and has now entered into the pool of prize creatures that you can gain from the Advent Tree in the future, which makes it seasonal.
