Requested item(s) changing during quest

I was just doing a Miserable Meltdown quest where he asked for a Neapolitan Bacon Ice Cream Cup, but in the moment I clicked " I have it all!" I got "You do not have the requested item(s) in your Inventory." and the item changed to "Mint 7th Birthday Milkshake"

EDIT: I canceled the quest and it went back to the Neapolitan Bacon Ice Cream Cup
