Halloween Fair Seed Collecting

I was just wondering about something I've noticed with my collection of seeds: I have a balance of 782 seeds to use in the shop, but then it also says I have a total of 813 seeds collected. So where'd the 813 come from if I can only use 782?

If you lose seeds, such as from Pepita's Punchline, it is still counted in those collected
