Where can you get a Leaf Of Vaka?

I’ve heard about them but not seen where to get them.

You can buy Leaf of Vaka's from the cash shop under 'Account Items'. Alternatively, because they're tradeable and not account-bound you can sometimes find them in user shops hovering at a price of about ~5mil EC.
