Where do I place this topic?

Alright, so, I would like to create a topic, but I don't know what overall forum area to place it on.

Anyways, I'd like to give free clicks and feeds to users who request it, Without any fee, creatures, items, ect. being given back to me (so kinda like a free food drive however often they request it). I was highly thinking about placing it on the User contests & giveaways, but the majority of people there are asking for clicks/feeds, not giving them away to people who'd like to receive them.

Any help would be appreciated!

@blueperiod hi it would be under user contest and giveways as you are giving away free feeds and clicks you was right in your thoughts
