Efni and Wallposts?

When you find the Efni in the Archives it says that it's Available. How do you obtain it?

I recently got a notification that said that someone posted on my wall, but when I look at my wall, It wasn't there.

Can monthlies be naturally starred?

-Efnis will be found/available at the SAR Center once the current fund is complete.
-This happens when a wall post gets deleted after someone posts it. Either they themselves deleted it or it was deleted by a mod due to content.
-Yes they can. The only creatures that can't be found with a "natural" star are CSP creatures.
