Can I make an "Art Shop"

So I kind of wanted to make an "Art Shop" where people can buy my 'adoptables' and 'art' and in place some EC/CC or for *cough*Quarinas*cough*

And if I can open one--- where?

I only want to do this because I am not allowed to spend money and don't have the ec to get myself a few Quarinas…. :C

@dragrawr I believe so, I think Ive seen a couple of them before ^^
edit: other shops Ive seen have been in the trading/auctions section, but you could probably argue that giving ec/cc for art is 'trading' too
