The Defense Position - start from an upright position. Crouch forward slowly with your hands crossed over your head. Lower yourself and hold. If you want, you can also do the claw move at this stage (claw with hands)
The Back Kick - bend forwards and then suddenly, kick one of your legs behind you. Hold for 5 seconds.
The Skin Shed - use your jacket for this one. You shed it in a dramatic fashion, with lots of deliberate movements. When dancing in partners, you can exchange skins.
