Ark Victory Day wouldn't be complete without some alien-themed plushies. Find these new Storticai plushies at the Toy Shop.
Keeping with the theme of space, books about Jupiter, Mars, Neptune, and Saturn are now restocking from the Leila Library. The Storticai claim these planets are not too far away from Ark's own, speaking in relative terms. Did you know that Mars is the only ring-less planet out of these four?
There was a bug at the Ark Victory Day prize page that appeared to have transformed Cash Shop items into Lumps of Coal. After further investigation, we found that this was a page display glitch that showed these items transforming into coal when they didn't. In short, we have confirmed that no actual Cash Shop items have been destroyed by the Ark Victory Day prize page for the entire duration of the celebrations. This was a display glitch and only a display glitch.
When the Ark Victory Day prize page was designed, we designed it to ensure that it would not target either Cash Shop items or items that are marked as "retired" by us in your Inventory. We would never design a site feature that had the potential to take away your legitimate Cash Shop purchases.
Here's what you need to know:
This display glitch has been fixed. We are very sorry for the scare! The Ark Victory Day prize page has been and remains safe to visit. A notice that CC/retired items are not affected by this site feature has been posted on the Ark Victory Day prize page.
Tip: if you never want to lose any of your items to the Ark Victory Day prize page you can stash your Inventory items away in your Strongroom first. ;) An empty Inventory means that there's nothing for its experimental technology to potentially ruin!
When "nothing happened" or "coal happened" at the Ark Victory Day prize page, you could immediately visit it again instead of having to wait 30 minutes. This bug has been fixed as well.
Currently trading or auctioned items will no longer be targeted by the AVD prize page. This was an oversight on our part -- this was meant to be a part of its functionality from the start. If you would like for us to return any lost items in transaction to your account, please submit a ticket.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
These Ark Victory Day themed Travels are now restocking at the Travel Agency. Visit far away and distant lands in the cosmos!
Two travels from Ark Victory Day are now available in the Cash Shop Park through 31 July. Available only for a limited time!
One year ago, on this date of July 16th, Ark was saved from being overrun by the nightmarish Pareteorsite Queen and her countless children. With the help of Ambassador Thrakhis, his crew, and many brave Arkians, the royal scourge was defeated before she could ensure total destruction.
Greetings once more, Arkians! I have been informed that your planet has undergone three-hundred sixty five completed rotations since the fall of the Pareteorsite Queen. [laughter] That is to say, of course, it is the one-year anniversary of Ark's victory!
To celebrate this momentous occasion, or Ark Victory Day, gifts will be distributed through some newly developed technology courtesy of Faela City. The tech is rather experimental, so I am told, so there may be some, err... glitches along the way, so please be mindful about your belongings. Nevertheless, please enjoy these prizes and long live Ark!
Visit a site near The Mysterious Asteroid (the Ark Victory Day prize page) and obtain prizes every half hour! Careful visiting, though, because sometimes bad things are known to happen with this experimental technology. But what's a reward without a little risk?
The cosmic powers that be have temporarily granted half-hourly attempts through 22 July at the Mysterious Asteroid. Over the next 7 days, the Asteroid can be visited every 30 minutes instead of once daily.
A never-before-seen creature has been found near the Mysterious Asteroid! Not too much is currently known about the species, but scientists have taken to calling it the Doppelganger.
This strange cosmic slime food is now be cooked up at the General Food Store. Is it safe to eat? Where did Pangy even find this stuff?
Sure, it may be called Ark Victory Day, but there's a full week of festivities ahead! Stay tuned for more.
