Things that give me anxiety: Languages that aren't English. I've had a handful of friends who were Spanish, and they all moved away, so it gives me memories of how hard they worked to learn English and if I would do the same for any other language.

Asking questions. I hate it when people have immediate negative responses, and it's a growing anxiety depending on the question.

When people speak in caps for no reason. I immediately put the blame on myself when someone only speaks in caps.

Confiding. I try to comfort and console people, but honestly, it can give me minor depression when it doesn't work.

Around 94% of the world hate wolves and other carnivores and animals at the top of the food-chain for how they survive. I'm one of that 6% that encourages them.
