The zombie apacolypse is upon us. You start off as a loner, but either you choose to find a band of survivors, or you stay a loner... Either way, you must stay alive, fore you are one of the last humans on the earth.

Poppy:
She sighs and spins her dagger around in a bored fashion. 'Dimitri?'

Dimitri:
He glaces over at her, then looks back down at the knife he was sharpening for dinner that night. 'Yes?'

Poppy:
She lays back on her sleeping bag, looking up at the cave ceiling. She thinks about how they found this place, before she answers. Just one week ago, they had found a giant cave system leading into multipule chambers. She and Dimitri quickly went to work on cleaning the place up. The system entrance was hidden and they didn't really need to worry about zombie attacks, since it was a complex system of tunnels, turns, and drop offs. Poppy's mind pulls back from her memories and she asks her question; 'Do you think there are others out there? I mean... Other humans? Other... survivors?'

Dimitri:
He sighs and flips the hair out of his eyes.
I really need a hair cut.. He thinks to himself, looking at his reflection in the knife.
He turns and answers his sister. 'Yes, Poppy. I think that there are others like us.. Other survivors out there.'

Sora flipped around nervously in her sleeping bag, her swords always close by. It had been weeks since she had been left an orphan, but it still gave her shivers to think about her parents wandering around somewhere, zombies. The large sycamore tree she was on provided safety from the zombies for now, but they kept getting smarter and smarter. It was lonely being alone.

Dimitri:
He stands up and heads out of the cave, yelling back to his sister, 'I'm going out to see if I can catch anything for dinner...'

Poppy:
'Kay...' She says, laying down again.

Dimitri:
Leaves the cave and passes the sycamore tree where Sora was. He didn't notice anything wrong, and doesn't see Sora. Quietly, he moves on, looking for rabbit tracks in the mud.

I heard someone close by to me. (Dimitri) "Show yourself." I said. My sword pointing out at the noise.

Dimitri:
He jumps and carefully takes his dagger out. He walks back, and sees Sora. 'Hello...'

Poppy:
'Hm... Dimitri's been away for a while.. Maybe I should go check on him...' I say, grimancing as I realize that I was talking to myself again. I make my way out of the cave and stop by the entrance. 'Dimitri...?' I call out, hesitatant.

Dimitri:
He hears his sister call and winces. 'I'll be right there Poppy...'

I slowly follow him. I wasn't making a sound until I felt a hand touch me. It was a zombie. I screamed and ran past the guy. I was quick enough to climb up a tree.

I see a guy with a zombie behind him. I throw my sword at the zombie and I kill the zombie. I jump down and grab my sword out of the zombie. "You should me careful." I said.

Dimitri: sighs and quickly turns, ripping the zombie into shreds. He run to his sister and shoves her back into he cave system.

Poppy:
I quickly turn and run through the maze into the chamber, ignoring the girl that had followed my brother.

I turn, quickly grabbing my swords and daggers. I strap them all on and glance at Nector. I nod at you. 'Hey.'

I turn, scowl at the girl then take out one stick of dynamite. I turn and walk back through the cave system. Stopping to only tell Dimitri, 'Make sure she doesn't follow me..'

Dimitri walks up and grabs your arm, dragging you the opposite way, very quickly. Soon enough, you hear a very loud bang and he pulls you along faster.

Ember wandered down a street, trying to follow the voices of other people she hoped were humans. A Zed attacked her from behind, just out nowhere. But luckily, wearing all thick leather, she was able to smack it in the head and shoot it in the forehead. "Good bye" she said sweetly. Then she returned on following the voices.

The voices trailed off, going silent. "Great. I'm alone again." Ember looked around, just about ready to shoot anything.

"RUN!!!!"

Koda and Xai are being chased by a couple of zombies

"Koda! I don't know how you do this but you need to stop getting yourself in messes like this!"

"less talking more running, Xai!"

"why don't we just end this chase!" Xai said.

She stopped and turned around, facing the zombies. She took out her Scythe and with one quick swipe, she decapitated one of the zombies, but just as she turned around the other zombie leaped into the air and was ready to attack. In that moment she flinched, and she thought she was going to die.

"Xai!"

and the zombie fell next to her feet. Sliced in half.

"jeez, Xai! You need to be more careful! If I wasn't there you would've died! . . . or worse. . . zombiefied!"

"don't scare me like that! You know that's not true! . . . It's not right?" Xai started to get a little worried

"I dunno. . . maybe" Koda said with a playful wicked grin.

Just then an explosion went off

"Woa! who do you think caused that Koda?"

"Dunno Xai, lets go and find out"

"Wait! You don't know if zombies did that! For all we know it could be a trap!" She said.

"well we won't know if we don't check it out"

And then they traveled to where they heard the sound. . .

Silv was running through the forest when she heard an explosion, "Great" she thought "Now, they've developed bombs" she ran toward the direction of the explosion not making a noise until she arrived at what appeared to be a cave entrance. Next to the cave there was a sycamore tree, she looked up the tree and saw a sleeping bag. "what...?" She called out to whoever was up there, hoping it wasnt a zombie. "Hello...?!"

I join this RP.

I had forgotten how long I had been running. It couldv'e been a few days, or a few weeks. I was beginning to lose sense of time, without any other living creatures with me. Then I found a dead possum lying on the road, and I decided to make some cooked food for the first time in, I don't know, weeks?

I got an old grill, some gasoline, put the possum on it, and set it on fire. It was a bigger explosion than I had expected. But, at least the possum was cooked. I sat down and started eating. In a few minutes, I heard some noise.

"Uh-oh," I thought. "Looks like I'm going to have to kill some more zombies."

But it wasn't zombies. It was people. The first people I had seen in a long, or possibly short, time. I tried to disguise my joy, but I had a feeling it got out.

The explosion. Did the Zed seriously make bombs? They don't even have brains! Ember made her way to the explosion seeing another human. Or she guessed it was a human. "Hello?"

Sylv heard no responce, "probably dead", she thought. She explored the place of exosion, expecting it to be a trap and zombies will pop out any second now.

Xai and Koda approach the -what was left of- cave entrance

"whoever made the explosion didn't want other people, or zombies, going inside the cave. . . " Xai said to Koda

"well we need to go find someplace to rest and hide before it gets dark out, or else it'll be a rough night for the both of us."

"be on guard Koda, you never know when the next zombie attack will happen"

And with that the twins walk away, scythes at hand. . .

Sora woke up with a bang. "What the..?" People were there. Finally. She had been waiting for a long time, but she had to watch out. "Hello. I'm Sora. Who are you?" she asked. Just then, she heard another voice. More people meant a bigger group. Good.

Silv heard voices coming from behind her as well as from the tree. She quickly hid in a bush and heard 2 peaople talking, as they walked away carrying what looked like scythes she threw both her knives at them and missed the girl by a centimeter and the boy by an inch.

just then knives flew past the twins, catching their attention

"You missed on purpose" Xai said. "or did you?" Koda wondered curiously

"whoever you are, show yourself. Or else." Xai threatened

Both Xai and Koda were ready to attack.
