Travel Haggling System Suggestion

Long version- (scroll down for short)

Yeah... I'm a BIG hoarded of rare and not-as-rare travels so I make lots and lots profit from some of them. My travel shop is wonderful and used to be full.

Ever since the new haggling system came out it takes longer and longer to buy them and I usually type the code wrong. Even though this gives people that don't normally find travels a chance its just super annoying when you come across a travel you really like and it says "OUT OF STOCK"

I also don't find the haggling system great because it only saves you like 200EC which is feeding 2 creatures. I would rather just spend the whole amount also.

So I thought that I would suggest this! Under the preferences button you could have the option of turning "Haggle system off"


Short version-

Be able to turn the haggling system off and on because some dislike it. And also it doesn't even save you that much money.

Different version-

Be able to purchase the travel but THEN after it it says if you would like to haggle or not then if you don't you just buy it full price.

@chowchow2012 I'm not a hoarder, but when I see one I want I'm willing to pay full price (OR EVEN A LITTLE MORE) for it and It SUCKS when the travel is gone.

Long story short

I know right 😋 i just bought a poppy plains and you know what it said?? I offer 4900EC (original 4993 or something) and it said my offer was too low O.o

While I prefer the old way, I think having the option would make it unfair for some users that have to type in the code or can't turn it off.

I'm neutral. XDD

@chowchow2012 @boxofcrayons Exactly. Not too long ago, about after the updates came out, there was the Egg Patch travel and I POUNCED on it. I, back then, was pretty broke so I was trying to save money. I entered a lower number (by about 10EC) and... IT WAS TAKEN!!! D8<

IKR!!!! :'( Or maybe click the travel and it says you want to haggle or not? Something like that! I found a BUNCH of different good travels at different times and i couldnt get them. T^T

I guess that could work too and yeah some of them like NoS are SUPER cheap in the TA but goes for like 30k per piece TT-TT do you want me to post it above?

I absolutely HATE the new
haggling system. I detest it. It
makes me feel like quitting x.x
Whenever I go and see some
rare travel in stock, I pounce
upon it, then, I need to type the
price [THE PERSON Doesnt even
accept high prices -_-] along with
the security code. ._.
A mistake makes me redirect to
the travel agency. The travel is
gone. If it is left, by then when I
fill in the particulars, someone
else snatches it away.
It'll be AWESOME to have a system
which will put a travel
temporarily out of stock
whenever we start haggling so
that no one snatches away any
travels from users hands. If the
person purchases it, then it goes
accordingly.. If the person doesnt
buy it, it comes back in stock till
anyone else starts haggling.
Or another option after the first
dialog box (DO YOU WANT TO
BUY THIS TRAVEL, YES/NO) which
displays 'DO YOU WANT TO START
HAGGLING? YES/NO' but thats just
my dreams.
It'll be better for me to leave this stalking from now on. Its useless

I agree. I don't buy travels a lot (mostly because I can't find the ones I like), but when I do this feature certainly IS annoying.
